Will Franco
As Dean, Will Franco manages the daily operations, educational content and strategic partnerships of Mortgage University. With diverse experience in his native England and various regions of the United States, Franco has a well-rounded background, from selling fine art in Europe and America, owning a holistic fitness company in Sarasota Florida, to managing the corporate relationship arm of the School of Mortgage Lending. He has applied his holistic methodology to every aspect of the Mortgage University project, building it around the concept of people for people. In light of this fact, all our partners share our passion for helping you achieve your goals. If you have ever called Mortgage University you have probably spoken with Franco, he is a hands-on player who is one of the main drivers of this popular education portal. He is also an avid learner, in addition to reading extensively on the human condition, he has studied a large majority of our partners courses. Almost every week he reviews one of our offerings in the Mortgage University Newsletter. He also designs the Corporate Education programs.
Jessika Ondrick
As president of Security Funding Home Loans, she has built a thriving mortgage business in Idaho and other western states. Tim Braheem
Tim Braheem is the co-founder and Chief Creative Officer of LoanToolbox, an online training and marketing resource for loan originators. He began his career in the mortgage business in 1992 and by 1996 was one of the top producing loan originators in the United States. He is consistently ranked among the top 50 producers nationwide. His industry reputation and accomplishments are the cornerstones of LoanToolbox's unique content and, ultimately, its success. Khai McBride
Using the systems found in LoanToolbox, Khai was able to close 99 loans his first year as a loan officer in 2003. By his third full year in the business, Khai closed 204 loans for $78 million in production using advanced database marketing techniques. Khai now takes on the additional challenges of recruiting, training, and managing while maintaining his personal production. As a member of the LoanToolbox faculty of experts, he teaches loan originators how to maximize every contact in their databases to increase their loan volume. David Kuiper
David Kuiper is Vice President, Mortgage Lending for First Place Bank in Holland, MI. He is a Certified Mortgage Planner and has been trained and certified teach the principles of equity management outlined in Douglas Andrew’s books Missed Fortune and Missed Fortune 101. In addition to managing a busy mortgage practice, David is a highly sought after speaker, trainer and author in the mortgage industry. He has been featured in many mortgage industry magazines and is a member of the LoanToolbox faculty of experts.
Michael Haltman
Michael Haltman is the President of Commercial Capital Alliance, and has been involved in the fixed income market for over 20 years as an analyst, trader and investment banker. He is co-creator of the Commercial Mortgage Training Program and is also involved in educating brokers through seminars, webinars and teleseminars. After stints at Lehman Brothers, PaineWebber and Citigroup, Michael came to CCA with the goal of not only growing the lending portion of the business, but to increase the number of mortgage brokers that could be reached and taught the business of the commercial mortgage market. His focus, whether developing a new lending product or educational tool, is to provide our clients with a superior result.
Greg Frost
His production numbers are off the chart. Known as the industry's first "Billion Dollar Man," Greg achieves record-breaking production year after year. Greg Frost is the CEO and President of Frost Mortgage Banking Group in Albuquerque, NM. Since entering the industry in 1985, he has been the top originator of residential mortgage in New Mexico and consistently ranks among the top producers nationwide. In 2005, Greg's team closed a whopping 1,240 loans, funding a dollar volume of $151,290,156. Greg is also the Vice President of New Product Development for LoanToolbox.
